| Banner files contain a great deal of data. When using a wireless connection, your connectivity may not always be consistent, and some data can be lost in transmission. Although this is not always an issue, we recommend plugging into a wired LAN connection. Many work and public networks have blocks placed on them for security reasons. This can result in not connecting to our Banner Builder, not being able to save or retrieve files, or not being able to complete checkout. Please use a non-work, private network. Also, because of the many features in our Banner Builder, it is very resource dependent. If you have other programs/applications open, we recommend closing them, so your computer can devote its maximum capabilities to your Banner Builder project. |
