Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of confirmation and/or proof approval.
For example an order confirmed and the proof approved by 8pm Sunday will ship by Thursday.
Some products have a longer shipping window because of production needs.
IMPORTANT: the 3-5 business days does not include the time the shipper (UPS, OnTrac, etc.) takes to get it to your door.
California orders are shipped via an overnight service, excluding weekends and holidays. All other orders are shipped via UPS ground. California customers can upgrade their order to UPS ground for an additional charge.
