The Wind Flutter, also known as a Wind Feather, is designed with a straight pole pocket. The flutter flag requires wind to keep it fully displayed. This flag is printed on 100% polyester fabric for long durability and wear. Banners,USA offers two types of dye sublimation products; single side reverse image and true two sided images.
On single side reverse image the Wind Flutter images are viewable from both sides. The front side reads correct. The backside image is reversed, or mirrored. On true two-sided Wind Flutters the images are viewable from both sides. Both the front and backside read correct. A fabric liner between the 2 sides keeps the light from distorting the images.
