Because we print Banners and Flags, if you are going to send us "Print Ready" art, we prefer the following resolution independent file types: AI, EPS, high resolution PDF.

All FONTS MUST BE OUTLINED

If the file is smaller that final print size, it must be proportional.

If you want to send us a PSD (Photoshop file) or a JPG, the resolution must be at least 300 dpi. If the Photoshop file is the exact size you want printed, we will accept 72 dpi.

If you have an art file that is a different file type than listed above, we will still accept it but it may have to be reworked to be print ready. This sometimes means we will have to charge an art fee.

How to find out the resolution of your file

For a file to be good enough to be printed, the image should be at least 300 dpi. Images you get from Google or other places on the Internet will not print properly because they are usually 96dpi or lower.

Adobe Photoshop is a great program to create your file in, but it can not take a low resolution file and make it better. Our Art Dept. would be happy to help if you do not have a source file that is print quality.
